The NABSKILL digital portal is a new initiative by NABARD to capture the details of training related data viz. trainees profiles, training programme details, post training settlement rate etc. Through this portal, Training Institutions can apply online for financial support from NABARD for providing training to rural youth.
a) NGOs/Voluntary Agencies/Government Agencies/NSDC Affiliated Institutions/Sector Skill Councils/RUDSETIs/RSETIs seeking financial support from NABARD for undertaking skill development activities in rural areas.
b) Placement Agencies looking for skilled candidates for providing employment.
Good working NGOs,Voluntary organisations and similar such agencies providing training through training institutes set up by them for organising training for SHG groups/rural youth/school drop outs etc.
Financial support will be provided only if the organization has established/set up training institute with good infrastructural facilities and assurance of placement/settlement rate of atleast 60% is assured.
ITIs/State handloom/handicraft corporations and similar State owned corporations/State Govt. undertakings/Panchayati Raj Institutions/DIC/Government sponsored institutions/ KVKs/autonomous institutions set up by Government for providing training to rural youth.
The agencies must have been established or constituted by or under any Central Act or State Act and major share of the paid up capital is held or controlled by the Central /State Government
Reputed corporates providing training in rural areas and providing assurance of atleast 60% settlement rate or where the corporates can absorb the skilled candidates.
The financial support to these training providers will be based on the cost norms fixed by NSDC and notified by‘Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship’ and assurance of atleast 60% settlement rate.
Financial support is available for the following Institutions for providing custom based training in rural areas.
Financial support is available in the form of grant on fulfilling the eligibility norms and terms and conditions fixed by NABARD from time to time.
The eligible training establishments may click “register” button available in the top right portion of the home page. The successful registered users can login and fill the application form.
After successful login and entering all the details, the agency can track the application status pending at different level in his user profile.
Use the “forgot password” link, the new password would be sent to the registered mail id.
You may lodge a complaint in the ‘Grievance’ tab/button in the home page with a request to reset the password.
No. Currently there is no provision in the portal for the registration of trainee.
The interested candidate can find the details of NABARD supported/supporting training establishments in home page Training Establishments and contact them for further information
Agencies may click “register” button available in the top right portion of the home page and fill in the prescribed form.
After successful login, placement Agencies can view the list of successful candidates (Name, Type of training obtained, Details of Training Institute) supported by NABARD and approach the Training Institutes for further information on placement etc.
